Lotus Plaza es Lockett Pundt, guitarrista de Deerhunter y este nuevo álbum es el segundo en Kranky después de ‘The Floodlight Collective’ editado en 2009.
La seductora voz de Pundt me recuerda a Jesús and Mary Chain y sus cristalinas guitarras a las de los americanos Underground Lovers y a los españoles Belver Yin allá por los noventa.
Hay varias canciones de buena factura como ‘Strangers’, ‘Eveningness’, ‘Remember Our Days’ por sus guitarras melódicas y su cautivante ritmo.

Lockett Pundt, Deerhunter’s guitarist is Lotus Plaza and this is his second album on Kranky after ‘The Floodlight Collective’ released in 2009.
Pundt’s seductive voice reminds me of Jesus and Mary Chain and crystalline guitars to Americans Underground Lovers and the Spanish trio Belver Yin back in the nineties.
There are several well-crafted songs like ‘Strangers’, ‘Eveningness’ and ‘Remember Our Days’ because of its captivating melodic guitars and rhythm.
