Este es un disco retrabajado por Steve Stapleton y Colin Potter al álbum de Sunno))) ‘00Void’ (2000). ‘The Iron Soul Of Nothing’ se edita en el sello de Stephen O’Malley Ideologic Organ a través de Mego.
El lado A de este doble LP abre con ‘A Dysnystaxis (…A Chance Meeting With Somnus)’ donde una voz desliza ecos junto a unas notas de bajo profundo mientras metales y botellas de vidrio chocan entre sí. En el fondo emergen las guitarras solapadas de Sunno))) que producen gruesas texturas de polvo oscuro.
‘Ra At Dawn Part I (Rapture, At Last)’ es una vasta sección de drones con capas ambientales de sinte.
‘Ash On The Trees (The Sudden Ebb Of A Diatribe)’ entrega una fantasmagórica atmósfera, zumbidos de metal produciendo un sonido parecido al corno y guitarras saturadas.
‘Ra At Dawn Part II (Numbed By Her Light)’ continua con aplastantes metales que resuenan y las guitarras con un pitch muy bajo, casi no se oyen como guitarras. Muy al final ondas de radio se mezclan con el silencio.

This is a reworking of Steve Stapleton and Colin Potter of Sunno)))’s 2000 album ‘00Void’ that comes out on Stephen O’Malley’s own Ideologic Organ label through Mego.
The double LP on side A opens with ‘A Dysnystaxis (…A Chance Meeting With Somnus)’ where a voice slides an echo that come together with a deep bass tone while metallic clang and bottles of glasses smashed together. In the background Sunno)))’s guitars creates a thick texture of dark dust.
‘Ra At Dawn Part I (Rapture, At Last)’ is a vast drone section with ambient carpets of synth.
‘Ash On The Trees (The Sudden Ebb Of A Diatribe)’ deliver a phantasmagorical atmosphere, metal hum producing a horn sound like, saturated guitars.
‘Ra At Dawn Part II (Numbed By Her Light)’ continues with a blast of metal clang and the guitars under a very low pitch almost inaudible as guitars. In the very end radio airwaves blend into silence.
