Theo Angell vive en Nueva York, toca el banjo y la guitarra, canta y es cineasta. Ha editado discos en Amish Records, ATP Recordings, Polyamory y ahora hace su debut en Digitalis Industries con su disco «Auraplinth». Colabora en los grupos Hall of Fame y Jackie-O Motherfucker.
Theo Angell hace una mezcla de folk americano y psicodelia, aunque estos sean meros referentes ya que su canto desde hacerlo con voz dulce y crear bellas líneas de guitarra, surge un lado más impredecible de libre improvisación y de este modo empieza a gemir, a susurrar y a ocupar todos los registros de su voz.
De esta forma Angell nos invita a pasar por laberintos oscuros y abstractos a otros más apacibles y controlados.

Theo Angell is a New York based musician and filmmaker who collaborates with Hall of Fame and Jackie-O Motherfucker.
His discography is released on Amish Records, ATP Recordings, Polyamory and now he makes his Digitalis Industries debut with the ‘Auraplinth’ album.
Theo Angell combines an American primitive folk and psychedelia, although these are mere references since he sings with a sweet voice creating beautiful guitar lines, also arise with a more unpredictable side of free improvisation and in this way he starts to moan, to whisper and to use all the scales of his voice.
In this way Angell invites us to pass through dark and abstract labyrinths to others more calm and bright.
