Tor Lundvall es un artista de Nueva York que tiene a su haber seis discos editados en distintos sellos, tales como el legendario y desafortunadamente ahora desaparecido World Serpent. Tres de sus discos se han editado en Strange Fortune, un sello y mailorder de Sommerville, Massachusetts.
“Empty City” es una fina obra de oscuro ambient tejido de brumosos recovecos. A veces emerge en forma tímida la voz de Lundvall que parece un velo que tapa algunas inquietantes y secretas historias. La música en casi todo el álbum está marcada por una suave y mecánica percusión, y sus vastas atmósferas me recuerdan a Rapoon.

Tor Lundvall is a New York based artist who has six releases on various labels such as the legendary and unfortunately now defunct World Serpent, and three of them have been released on Strange Fortune, a label and mailorder from Sommerville, Massachusetts.
Empty City is a very fine ambient piece evolved in murky and hazy clouds. Sometimes Lundvall’s voice emerges like a veil that covers some secret and disquieting stories. The music in almost the whole album is marked by a soft and mechanic percussion, and its vast atmospheres remind me of Rapoon.
