Mathew Sweet establecido en el Reino Unido, debuta con este álbum después de la edición en 2005 de su EP homónimo.
Este disco muestra su capacidad narrativa sobre el mundo emocional, a través de una voz solapada, guitarra acústica, una autoarpa, algunos ladrillos, un gramófono casero, dagas, efectos y timbal, con sonidos metálicos angulados, acordes repetitivos que son el telón de fondo para construir atmósferas intrigantes.

The art cover of the CD on sepia with some drawings of a forest on the front cover, on the inside sleeve there is an insect, a bird, a kind of gargoyle and little angels on the back cover, move to the listener to some dark stories of the human being.
Mathew Sweet based in the United Kingdom makes his debut with a full length album that follows his self-title EP released in 2005.
This record shows his narrative skills about the emotional world, through understated vocals, acoustic guitar, an e-bowed autoharp, a homemade gramophone, some brick, daggers, effects and cymbal, which produce metal twisted sounds, repetitive chords as backdrop that create and intriguing atmosphere.
