Esta es una edición limitada de 500 copias en vinilo que se editó en Semishigure, sello hermano con Bottrop-boy.
Florian Hecker es un artista de electrónica experimental que vive y trabaja en Viena, quien ha trabajado con artistas como Farmers Manual, Russell Haswell, Shunichiro Okada, Peter Rehberg, Marcus Schmickler y Yasunao Tone desde 1996.
“Hecker, Höller Tracks” fue concebido como una pieza sonora para la instalación “Light Wall” del artista visual Carsten Höller.
La idea de repetición está presente en todo el álbum. Hay varias frecuencias que se desarrollan en un loop, que cambia a través de modulaciones de pitch y la intromisión de bajos, que produce vacilantes tonos.
También hay una suerte de sección rítmica en cada tema.
Esta música evoca imágenes abstractas e inquietantes atmósferas.

Florian Hecker is an experimental electronic artist based on Vienna, who has worked with artists such as Farmers Manual, Russell Haswell, Shunichiro Okada, Peter Rehberg, Marcus Schmickler and Yasunao Tone since 1996.
‘Hecker, Höller Tracks’ was conceived as a sound piece for visual artist Carsten Höller sound installation ‘Light Wall’.
The idea of repetition is present in the whole album. There are frequencies that unfold in a loop that change by pitch modulations and loudness, producing flickering tones.
Also there is a kind of rhythm section in every track.
This music evokes abstract images and disquieting atmospheres.
