This disc is the first album of this Japanese artist after two EP’s released on AUN MUTE and is the first collaboration between the latter label (led by Yukio Rodriguez, originally from Lima) and Kaico imprint.
‘Matrix Grooves’ consist in 14 tracks that travel between electronica with some glimpses in ambient (‘Mandala Of Cell’, ‘Symphonie Fantastique’, ‘Swim’), the IDM sound (‘>>>’, ‘Days Signal’, ‘Su_Cliud_Matrix’) and pieces with a song structure based (‘Da-Da ‘).
‘Matrix Grooves’ has a choppy rhythmic structure and constant beats some pulsations.
